- Visual Inspection of Radiator / Heat Exchanger for leaks, damage or debris.
- Checking Coolant Level / Checking Coolant condition.
- Checking Coolant filler cap gasket and sealing surfaces.
- Inspecting Hoses & connections for deterioration.
- Checking Fan Belts Condition.
- Visual & operational inspection of Water Pump for leaks or unusual noises (if available)
- Checking Air Filter Service Indicator reading.
- Inspecting Piping and Filter housing for damage, leaks or loose connection.
- Inspecting Exhaust Manifold Silencer and piping for damage, corrosion or leaks.
- Checking Governor Oil Level
- Checking Fuel System for external leaks.
- Checking Governor Oil Level.
- Visually Inspecting Fuel Tank for leaks. Draining water & sediments (Day Tank and Main Tank).
- Checking of Day Fuel Tank pump and Panel. (if available).
- Inspecting Batteries for Damage or leaks / Cleaning Terminals and Electrolyte.
- Checking Voltage & Frequency for proper settings & Stability.
- Checking of Generator set condition.
